Staff is always helpful. Unfortunately the store doesn't stock all essentials from the lines they carry and corporate policy no longer allows the store to order in those missing products for customers. Corporate wants customers to special order online, however processing and shipping has taken WEEKS on more than one occasion.

I had a great experience with Amy working. My 3 year olds were tagging along while I shopped and Amy was the sweetest keeping my girls preoccupied. It was my first time in salon centric and everything was organized well in a way I could shop efficiently.

Not only was the woman working the register rude, she went on to insult myself and my school 3 times. " They don't teach the color wheel in school anymore?" "When I went to school they taught us the color wheel" "I don't know the new laws maybe they don't require it anymore" These are the things she said to me when I asked a question about my purchase, verbatim. (Knowing darn well they teach the color wheel, really?) Snarky. When I went to school and mentioned this incident, 3 others spoke up about unprofessional behavior from same employee. For shame, I'm a student, thanks for the help, I will not be returning. You're just bad for business, good luck with that

The workers were friendly, without being overbearing. They were knowledgeable and helpful.
