LESS THAN IMPRESSED. I drive almost an hour to get to this store, I should at least have access to the bathroom for as much money as I spend here. Instead, I'm told to go use the bathroom at Jimmy John's next door. I'm sure they don't appreciate that but they are nice enough to let us. ALSO, good smelling salon products are a big deal but unfortunately when I inquire as to what a product smells like before I pay $30 for it, I'm told "Sorry I can't help you." Perhaps ordering online is a better avenue for me and paying the shipping instead of a restocking fee and gas money.

This place is amazing!! They never disappoint... Ok so one time they did but in their defense it was corporate not them specifically. They were just the go between. However this last visit I did a ship to store order. Unfortunately I was running late and couldn't get there to pick up before they closed at 6. And it would be nearly impossible for me to get there the following day. But never fear Taya was here! Taya stayed until 6:20 until I arrived so I could pick up my order. She was kind, not in the least bit annoyed, when she had every right to be. A+ on service. Thank you Taya L. You were amazing!

Decent place to buy professional products, only problem i ever have as a nail professional is that the shelves are always empty. The shellac area has been skimpy for months, they have 1 item of each in certain acrylic systems or nothing at all. As 1 of 2 professional stores in my city they need to do better with stock.

I haven’t been to this store in forever and but the lady was super informative about how to get my new account number and told me about some awesome deals coming up also the store was super clean and everything was easy to find :) will be back and ordering soon thank you
