HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- the system is down and you are gonna wait until my cart is full to tell me. Then say we can make in app purchases and do store pick up and proceed to offer NO HELP with that. Do better salon centric. This place has gone down hill since the store manager left. The employee working 5/7 10am was not helpful and needs help with customer service. I understand retail isn’t easy, but COME ON. Be nice and helpful. Not rude.

Theyre out of stock of a lot of things constantly, they’ve forgotten my items from my same day delivery or gotten my items wrong on multiple occasions, and never apologize or refund me they tell me to call the company and some of the staff is unfriendly. As stylists we rely on services like these for our livelihood and this store has been super unreliable. Bad experience shopping at this location overall.

The manager here is amazing and so helpful! They have some issues with their computers system that are slightly annoying, and sometimes they are out of the keratin that I need, but the manager does her best to help and goes above and beyond. She's so helpful that I'm considering switching to ALL Salon Centric products for ease and good service!

The location on Howe ave is small, but I like shopping there the most. The employees are really chill, they don't bother you while you shop, yet are very helpful if you have any questions. Parking lot is sort of small, yet there's always a space available. My only complaint is that they don't carry a lot of stuff for nails and waxing.

I had gone to Sally's today to get some hair color. I had called ahead of time and they told me they were open so I drove down there to get my tint when I arrived the lady at sally's said that they were closed. She was beyond rude to me. So I drove to salon centric because I really needed my hair color. I was not sure what to expect because of the treatment I had just experienced at Sally's . I could not believe it, It was like night and day. I was greeted by a beautiful lady named Erin she was so nice she treated me like a queen. I will never go to Sally's again only Salon Centric.
