I was so happy when this Royal palm location opened! I had the pleasure of meeting two delightful associates Jess and Alex @ the grand opening in July of 2024. I continue to shop at this location often and appreciate seeing familiar faces each time who always make me feel welcomed and valued as a repeat customer. I would particularly like to place a compliment for Alex, he is simply amazing! He has assisted me multiple times since day one when the store first opened, always professional, always friendly, very helpful, and also has a strong knowledge of the product lines, he is a true asset to the company.

I recently stopped in to pick up several different items. The associate named Alex was extremely patient with all of my many questions! He instructed me on color formulations and how to use the hair products for specific results. I really appreciate his valuable advice and the extra effort he took to make sure I was a happy customer! Great service 👏

The associate named Alex is so sweet and helpful! He has been there since this location opened and I see him all the time. I love the convenience of this store and how it is so clean and well organized.

This store is pretty, new and I was blown away by Alex.. Typically when I go to the Lantana store I don't find the staff all that helpful because they lack the professional knowledge. Alex not only knew where everything was in the store but actually saved me from making a silly mistake with some toner!! I'll drive the extra 25 min to this store for the competent and courteous staff any day. I can't thank Alex enough!!! My client would have had a really bad day if it wasn't for his save.

I had an amazing experience at this location, upon arrival I was immediately greeted by a staff member named Alex, he was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable - you can tell he knows his stuff 🙌🏼 I even left with a few extra goodies. I will definitely be returning to this location and I'm excited!
