Because of the relationship I have with Christina and her team, I’m able to better serve my salon and my clients. Grateful for this partnership and highly recommend this store to any stylist.

Over the past decade, my encounter with this establishment has consisted of enduring the store clerk's negative demeanor. A necessary item was unavailable and she denied my request to pre-pay for its reservation, providing an absurd justification for her refusal. I finally had it with her. I expressed to her how difficult doing business there has been due to her negative attitude and poor policies (putting it lightly). She gives off the impression that purchasing from that store is a privilege, and we feel compelled to kiss her behind to get assistance. Sorry lady, we will never again shop at YOUR store!

Went in to buy lotion for my skin and glee for my hair bought it once from here then turned away the second time because I don't have a license why let me but the first time..... like it's only lotion kinda messed up

When my class was there the two people were a little rude about the whole thing, until we were all at the Register paying for our stuff. Honestly they are a really good business I would shop there again but the customer service left something to be desired.

I live in Belle Fourche and do not ever make it down before 6:00 so I can not make it to Cosmoprof or I would be going there. This is the second time in 2 weeks I have drove all the way to Rapid for product and they close the store early. Their hours on the door and online say open till 6:30 on Wednesdays. I tried calling early so I could let them know I was coming and it would be close to 6 or 6:30 when I showed up. No one answere the phone. I got to the store at 6:20 and the lights were off door was locked and no one was in sight. This is litterally the worst buisness I have ever encountered. They never stay open the times they claim to be open. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM!!!
