10/10 best customer service I’ve ever gotten at a beauty supply store. I will drive the extra 10 min to go to this one over the Tacoma one anytime! I wish I would’ve gotten the ladies name because I’ve never had someone be so nice and helpful here before! She had blonde curly hair!

My daughter is a licensed esthetician so she shops here and sometimes I go with her. There is a selection of skincare products in addition to hair and nail supplies. This is where my daughter gets her hard wax, soft wax, face products for facial treatments and all things that go with those services. The people who work here are kind and helpful. It feels like a welcoming place to be.

I enjoy this store but it is a little smaller than the others, but it's not bad! The girls are always nice and helpful when I call in for orders as well! The only reason I rate 4 stars is because of the fact that they are out of certain products somewhat frequently but it's not a big deal. Overall it's really great! :)

The ladies that work at this location are so nice and so helpful. Every time I come here I end up visiting for awhile because they are so pleasant. Good prices good products they always have what I need. I would never go to another salon store because they are the best in Puyallup.
