I don’t write many reviews for places as I just don’t have time. I’m so honestly blown away by how kind the people are in this shop. I just moved here from out of town and I’m a new mom of twin baby boys. The ladies in the store were so helpful and sweet. Held the door for me so I didn’t have to struggle with the stroller and the door. As a mom I never expect people to assist me or do kind things just because I have babies, but, when someone does something kind, I really notice because it’s not common these days.

Never had a bad experience here not even in the slightest not once. I’m super greatful for that as I have to travel 30 mins bc it’s the closest one to me, each time everyone is always super kind, helpful, welcoming inviting employees. Super clean, always stocked & organized & never experience long lines as I’m usually in a rush when I come here, it’s nice to slow down for a second and take a moment to appreciate how well ran this store is. 😊 I always feel better after leaving here - just bring a box or your own recycling bag 🤗

Excellent customer service without being made to feel dumb for having questions. Two ladies helped me today but I only got Abigail's name. She was sweet, helpful and most of all, kind. Made shopping a joy.

Very helpful staff. I called and asked a question about an item I needed to purchase and was put on a brief hold while they checked stock then was asked if I could hold longer while they went and looked further. She went out of her way to help me...she found the item and I was able to go purchase it.

This review is well over due! Such a great staff! So helpful and knowledgeable and speak my native toungue. "I'm in a hurry, but want everything, my dogs in the car, what's this, this, and this! " dialect of mine! For years and years Val has always been #1 in customer service featuring a huge inventory of great products! I'm excited to try the new REDKEN Flash Lift with Bonder! Edward has an added knowledge of the needs of a hairstylist and goes above and beyond to please! Doesn't go unnoticed! Thanks again to all the helpful pleasant staff!
