Sarah is always so kind when i visit, i've watched her interact with multiple customers and no matter the interaction or response from customers, her kindness is consistent! i remember her every time i go in because she truly stands out :)

I've been a hairstylist for 35 years in Gulf Breeze, have used Salon Centric for year's. I went today to buy shades, they told me I didn't have an account. I told them a few months ago I was in there, and they talked me into getting a credit card. Would not sell me my products because I didn't have an account? Even showed them my license #, makes No sense!

I put in a pick up order on 9/6. Today is the 6th day and I came to pick it up. All the way from Navarre. I received no cancellations or information informing me of this. If I lived in Pensacola, that would be one thing, but the fact that the system didn’t even tell us that it was canceled was completely inappropriate. If I didn’t pick it up today, I would understand why it would’ve been put back on the shelf. But today is the sixth day. So it should’ve been available all day. Ridiculous! Extremely irritating! Very inconsiderate!

DaNae was so freaking sweet! She gave me such good recommendations and knew everyone’s name that walked in while i was there. She gave me a sample as well of a product i was nervous to try! Such a lovely experience!!😊✨❤️

Everyone greets you once they realize they hadn't seen you at the store yet that day! Asking if you need any help and offering that they will be close by for any questions. Helped me the first few times I needed help getting the app started for check out! You should bring your own bag or add one of their cute ones onto your purchase for a small fee and just bring that one in each time with you! Definitely worth a trip in to see if they have the products you are looking for!
