With the amount of issues all of my cosmetology classmates and I have encountered with salon centric and the process of making an account you think they would be a little understanding in store especially when you provide all proof needed that you are a student. Was denied access to shop after offering anything to prove that I am a student and the guy working was like sorry nothing I can do for you. Even after the last time I was the I was able to shop with my progress report. Creating a salon centric account is borderline asking for more information than it takes to open a credit card. Don’t waste your time, go to Sally’s.

Terrible place, upon entering they have a small sign that i missed on the door that says for professionals only and then on top of this there was no greeting by the front attendant at the register even though she clearly saw me. So i wasted 30 min of my time walking around the store with no assistance or approach asking if im a professional or even just to ask for help. Then also waking up early to get here for nothing. Dont waste your time here its only for PROFESSIONALS and not ipen to the public.

Miss the days when this was Emiliani! The prices were great and the service used to be great too. Definitely go to Totowa instead of Parsippany if at all possible. The Totowa staff gives much better service and just nicer.
