Called Salon Centric @ 5:53pm the store rep answered phone and asked me if I could please hold, I did for 12 minutes and then the lady picked up phone and hung up. Naturally, I called back @ 6:05pm to only have the phone ring with no one answering. Now I totally understand the store is about to close at 6pm, then tell me that and I’ll try tomorrow, but to blatantly place me on hold with no intentions whatsoever of returning is just wrong. Frankly, you are a very bad person and should not have a job a any business let alone one that involves customer support.

Friendly and fully stocked shelves they have a large selection of product to choose from. More than most stores

LOVE Natalie and Katherine! Natalie is always a wealth of information on almost all products carried in the store. Katherine is always friendly and 1st to great you with a smile. Super helpful and informative too. Been to other locations and by far this one is the best!

The girl that works there that now has the half blond and half black hair has always had a bad attitude when I have gone to this location. Literally not helpful, barely even looks up at you when speaking. She can’t be bothered with any question or god forbid have to check out bothering her even more to purchase products. If you are that miserable at your job, find a new one. Will not be returning to this location. I’m sure she will be pleased to not have to deal with another customer with asking any questions or checking anyone out.

Unsure why the company structures their sales in this way, but they're unable to provide any price information over the phone or provide any information on the products. Unable to order products that are out of stock or know when products are coming into the store. It's not necessarily this store's fault, although it would've been nicer to have a friendly associate; I don't know what the Salon Centric is doing, especially if Cosmo Prof is their competition.
