I just left this store and if I could rate it less than one star I would. I am visiting from out of town and Received the worst service of any store I have been to. Before I moved away 2 years ago this location used to be run very well with a staff that was above and beyond! I couldn’t say more about how wonderful it was to always shop here. Management was superior and a model to all stores in my opinion. Things have gone down since then. I brought my sister because I’m coming I’m from out of state and she also felt very much ignored and confirmed my opinion. Upon entering there were several girls up front and not one of them greeted us. I went to the back for color and another staff member made eye contact with me and immediately ignored me and looked away. When asking questions about p

Bummer. I drove out of my way to check this place out. I wanted to try something different. I was told by the cashier that they don't carry Goldwell. Okay, cool Do you have anything that you can recommend? She giggles and shrugs her shoulders. I thought she was joking. So I wait a few minutes and sarcastically say "Thank you for all your help, I really appreciate it" she responds "You're welcome. I don't know goldwells color solutions so you know." The store is full of professional quality product and she could not help me find a hair color? Lazy and not interested in her job. Bummer.

Very kind staff. I spoke to Italy and she was very knowledgeable on the products on hand. She answered all my questions and even helped me figure out the app with grace and patience. Thank you for making this visit a pleasant experience!

I am disappointed that there are only 3 reviews on here. This store is the best! I will drive out of my way to come to this location. Not only are the girls there very helpful, poilte and friendly 😍but I always feel so pleased after I leave here! They have what I need and always service me with a smile...unlike other shops I've been to. Best team.
