Great service. Clean organized store!

Just a heads up, they don't sell to general public. They only sell to salon professionals. I came here to purchase a new electric trimmer and some hair care products as I've been cutting my own hair for several years. I was turned away at the register, which didn't make much sense to me, because I just turned around and bought the exact same trimmer and hair care product for $65 less from my phone while sitting in their parking lot after being turned away. Overall staff is okay, decent selection of products. You can find better deals online, but if you're a salon professional and you need professional products same day, it's a probably a nice place to have nearby.

I went to the store, the first thing that the Manager ask me was if I have the license, I answer of course, she didin't like me and I feel discriminate. after that I ask for some prices and she didn't like, so I was surprise, because she is the Manager, when I went to pay my stuff, I ask her if she was in bad mood, she said no. I don't remember her name white ladie and blond hair, definitely needs some lessons on how to handle customer service, she is very rude...

Love this store because of Heather she helps me out with so many of the questions that I have and is so knowledgable on all the color lines. I have gone into this store so many times before and the other employees don't know what they are talking about I have lost money because of their unwillingness to call to see if a sale is still current. She will go above and beyond to make sure I get the best deal that there is. As a stylist who has been doing hair for over 5 years it is nice to go into a supply store and know the person behind the counter is fully knowledgable of all the products.

Heather is hardworking and keeps the store very clean and organized. Great presentation and exceptional customer service, her customers know her by name and delighted to see her. She definitely has leadership qualities.
