My past experiences here have been overwhelmingly positive, but today Me’chean L. really put a bad taste in my mouth about this place. From the moment I walked in she was extremely rude, snobby and condescending. She spoke to me as though I am stupid and she could NOT be bothered to muster even a modicum of politeness. She could really benefit from extra customer service training, or maybe customer service is just not for her. Regardless I will not be returning to this location.

I love coming to this store because Kelly, the manager, is always so helpful and very friendly. She multi tasks like a champ and always has a pleasant demeanor. There are always large orders she has to unpack and stock, while answering the phones and helping each guest with such care! There is a new employee named Stephanie that is very good as well! I can’t forget to mention Cherie, she is always very helpful when I call and I need her to check if they have certain colors in stock. She is always willing to help me in any way she can

This place is a huge mess. The employees are horribly unprofessional and they seem incapable of being able to locate any of the items. The store manager Katrina looks very unkept and sloppy and she appears to be completely insensitive to the customers needs. And the young lady who was there with her Alex, I think that was her name. She was completely stuck up and appeared to be very stupid when it came to knowing the product lines. The young girl and the store manager both need to be fired and be replaced by people who want to work hard instead of standing around gossiping all of the time. I will never shop at the horrible store ever again.

Don't order on line. They send you half what you ordered and promise a free gift and never send the gift. The shipping keeps going up and now it's a ridiculous price of 20$.
