The cashier was reading a magazine when I came in she seemed bothered she had to get up and work and wasn't welcoming. Sales aren't really all that great when there is a sale. Discounted items or at practically full price for old items. When I went to check out, a girl gave me an attitude telling me I was not a familiar face to her, who gave me the impression she was thinking I wasn't a licensed cosmotlogist . I showed my license, so She let me purchase my items. I did try to do a return for a haircolor and showed online receipt but she wouldn't do the return. I don't think she felt comfortable doing returns on register and made up some excuse to say I couldn't return and lied to me about the return time things couldn't be returned. I was in the corect time frame to do this return. Kinda f

Refused to sell to my salon assistant and then wouldn’t give back my membership card. Go to a different location! Trust me!

Picking up Kenra, Pulp Roit and other supplies. If it's not on the shelf... ask :)

Love this store. The salesperson is amazing and friendly.

Long check out line during their winter sale. The sale wasn't that great in savings!
