When you sign up for your membership. You have to wait forever. I had to wait for over 10 minutes to purchase my items because of the cashier. How rude. Their company is terrible . I have my instructor license, salon license, cosmetology license and I'm a cosmetology teacher. I will be contacting , their 1800 number. Almost made me late to work.

Just wanted to say what a wonderful group of people that work at salon centric. Faith always makes sure the store looks nice and organized. Even the bathroom is clean and orderly. All of them are willing to help. Most always have what I’m looking for!! My go too store!!

Placed my order online and it was ready within 2 hours. Staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. Looking forward to doing more business with this company in the future.

This is always my go to store as there’s literally ONE salon centric around here. And usually the employees are nice but god forbid you have to bring ur kids in. 3 and 6 years old aren’t gonna be the most behaved and they are rowdy but when I jokingly say “come on we’re gonna leave you” and the supposed to be professional at the desk says please don’t ….. about someone else’s child… it makes you wonder. Definitely will not be back for a while.

This salon centric is FULLY stocked! They even got them sparkle glitter bowls and brushes. Tons and tons of stuff I need they have thank goodness! I love the staff at this location super helpful and nice. I feel super super bad for the employees there because EVERY salon centric I go to has massive computer problems. That is not an exaggeration! The computer system salon centric uses is slow….and stressful for all employees! I hope they get paid extra for having to hand write the catalog number for every item!!! Hopefully one day it will be fixed. Apple computers maybe?
