My girlfriend and i are frequent flyers when it comes to this store as she's a hair stylist and i usually tag along for the adventure. Today i parked in the same spot i always did outside and we went in together. While my girlfriend was shopping i was looking at spray bottles when i saw people peaking at me from around the corner and say "He's just standing there". I went back to my girlfriend to tell her that it was weird that they were peaking at me and someone approached saying i had to move my truck because it was parked in a school parking spot. I went out to move my truck and waited outside since i didn't feel welcome after they were peaking at me. When she came out she told me that when she was checking out the lady rang her up just kept handing her things even with her hands full m

I was purchasing from this location for about a year. Before it was a nice friendly place to get what I needed. Just recently I was offended by I guess the manager or maybe a new employee. I walked in on a busy day to hopefully make an exchange quick and went to get the extras I needed and this manager was so rude she didn't smile or greet me. She walks up to me and yelled in my ear about me making a return. I felt like she judged me because I was African American and she just assumed either I was stealing or I didn't belong in the store. Usually I don't complain but this was absolutely the worst experience since I've been shopping at this location. I even spoke with a few of my stylist that I work with and they confirmed that they to had bad experiences shopping there. They had even walke

LOVE THEM. Everyone there is super nice and helpful no matter what I'm working on. And if I have questions they don't laugh or make me feel like an idiot they just gladly help which is AWESOME. I usually have Dani help me, she just always happens to be there when I am. She is super nice and knowledgable whenever I need something.

Customer service is awesome! Always helpful and let's you know when there are better packaged deals then buying singularly. Very knowledgeable on their products and will point you in the right directions. Will always be back when we need product
