8/11/2025 I specifically went in to purchase Olaplex Oil, I had called on Friday 8/8/25 to ask if they had it, the female said yes both sizes, than mentioned back to school sale 20% off on Monday 8/11 I asked if she could hold 1 for me, and responded no. Am there at 9am when the doors open. The shelf is empty. I asked the tall black woman for it, she states I have something else just like it. I said no thank you. I purchased the 1 other item I went in for and left quietly. It was too early for me to confront her about the phone call I made Friday afternoon asking for Olaplex Oil and told they had it. If you ask me my opinion I'd say this women removed all her best selling Olaplex products from the shelf in order to sell the customer another brand that is not selling to clear her inventory.

Don’t buy from any of them, very bad customer service, unprofessional manager ( FAITH ) After we bought product that said you can’t return it, so we said we don’t want it then, and refused to cancel the sell even when we did not tak the product and we still in the shop. We asked her to call the supervisor, Faith wen out side to speak to someone and want to take our credit card info to do refund next day, what a jock this place and management is

I called the store to order a product that they did not have. They called in a week and told me it was in. I went to the store to pick it up. It had been sold to someone else, I was there the very next business day after the call mind you, to pick it up too. So they said it would be reordered for the next week and would honor the sale price. I specifically asked this, because I could have ordered it online for the sale price. They called the manager ,she told them on the phone, while I was there in store it would be reordered and the $14. Off sale price would be honored. I called the next week to see if it was in, because no one had called yet ,I was then told by the manager, it is on back order and they can't honor the sale prices. Making your customers purchase bags just to be able to carry items out is insane. I will no longer do business with this company for this reason alone!

Visiting from out of state and tried making a purchase at this location and was denied. I have an account with salon centric but I guess they don’t use the online app in Texas and that was my only proof I had with me, I didn’t have a picture of my school ID with me so I was told I couldn’t make a purchase.
