Great costumer service! I recently placed a online same day delivery order with this location not knowing they did not had that service available. After placing the order the staff did there due diligence and tried to get in contact with me multiple times to make sure I got the order. After playing some phone tag for a couple days I got in touch with Adriana who was more than apologetic for the delay with my order and gave me some tips and tricks for making future orders and then also saved me some money off my initial order as well. Not only was the package delivered prompt next day but included a personalized note alone with some free goody's! Adriana more than made up for the minor problem I experienced, that wasn't even the staffs fault might I add! Really made my day!

You must be licensed (cosmetologists, barbers, estheticians, etc.) to shop here and if you are-the selection is great. Prices are reasonable and the app gives you the option to shop and have product delivered or to shop and pick up in store.

My order was missed, then mishandled by this salon centric. When I called to have this fixed after waiting a month or so Sally couldn’t be bothered. I repeated my problem multiple times as she was deciding not to listen then she called my belligerent then proceeded to put me on hold for her manager Joe. Joe was very blaze` about the mistakes made by his team. Made 0 apology but very generously (note thick sarcasm) agreed to let me have my order eventually. I will and currently do as little business with this place as possible. It shouldn’t be painful or hard to exchange money for product even if it is owned by a huge conglomerate. Post Covid “customer service” is really awful. I miss the days where the Sullivan’s owned this supplier, cared and did a beautiful job.

I've been to a lot of different SalonCentrics between MA & NH and this one is by far the best. The place is cleaner and brighter than others I've been too, and the shelves are fully stocked with more of a selection of products as well. Awesome friendly, helpful staff. A special shout out to Bill who went above & beyond, the last 2 times I was there, to help me find exactly what I needed, even calling other stores.

Members only. Made a few loops of the store with my 3 kids before I asked a question and was told only licensed salon professionals can shop there. No signage to indicate this. Waste of time and unpleasant experience.
