Literally just left the store. Did an online pick up and purchased two extra items. As I am checking out; cashier says “oh you didn’t purchase a bag “ (from my online order) so I said I could go get a bag from my car but I thought it was odd because the girl before me had just left with her purchase in a box and the girl beside me also. How do I know? Well I walked to my car behind the girl with her products in a box. Anyways, I go back in and I asked if they still had boxes out of curiosity, and the cashier said “we save them for shipping.” I didn’t know that people go to salon centric to make purchases to ship it to themselves. Anyways, do better.

The customer service at this specific location is always top tier. The young ladies are always helpful, kind, and go above and beyond to ensure they are meeting the needs of each customer. Always a pleasant experience each time I shop here.

I have consistently encountered challenges during my visits to this store, particularly regarding product knowledge and customer service. Unfortunately, the staff appear to lack a comprehensive understanding of the products they offer, making it difficult for me to receive satisfactory answers to my inquiries. It is concerning to learn that some employees, who are purportedly working within the beauty industry, are unable to address basic questions related to their own product offerings. Moreover, I have noticed a significant inconsistency in stock availability. While the store seems to maintain an abundance of certain items, I frequently find that many of the products I seek are unavailable for extended periods, sometimes extending to several months.
