They have people working who cannot add new licensed customers to the system to allow them to purchase what they need to run their business and no other options were available. I drove an hour to purchase supplies and wasn't able to due to the inability to add me into the system. Poor business practice.
Great staff, they are knowledgeable and so helpful! And I can usually get everything I came in for! Which means a lot when I drive an hour!
