Came to the Lexington location for the Liter sale because the one I usually go to on Sparkleberry didn’t have all tht I needed and I must say the customer service was not great, the guy was kind of rude. When I go to sparkleberry Heather is always so sweet, customer service is everything!

I certainly prefer SalonCentric as my wholesale beauty supply go to over the other ones out there. Now each store is different which is frustrating bc some carry more supply than others. However, I can honestly say that this particular location has awesome staff and helped me with a problem I was having with my account and got me what I needed. They didn’t have to do all of that but they did! That’s why I say your experience with this chain of stores will always be different depending on location but the staff working here is top notch!

Rude and not helpful to professionals. Girl working Saturday morning was extremely rude and unhelpful. I would rather go to cosmo prof!!!!
