McKenzie, the younger girl that works there was really passive aggressive and rude when checking me out today. If she doesn’t want to work there, she shouldn’t. No need to take that out on the customers.

Amanda is really wonderful! Always welcoming and friendly. And, most importantly she knows the store, and promotions inside and out. It’s very refreshing to do business with someone so professional. I hope her boss knows what a great asset she is for them.

Still love the ladies her vs. the other professional beauty supply in Lancaster County (not Sally's). They are kind, caring, and quick to answer any questions you may have. This has been my go to for a few years and will continue to be my go to in the future!!!

Didn't know this place was down here until a lovely stranger directed me to it with Lancaster's Cosmo Prof being closed. This store has all the best products. I'll just stick with this store!!

Everything u need or want is always there and everyone will help you out w any questions or concerns especially w my learning disability I struggle but they walk me through it and even write out some helpful information love shopping here prices n discounts are fun when u shop location is worth it even though I moved 1hr away I still drive out there whenever I need hair products and supplies they make me feel like family especially JoAnne thanks see u soon 😊
