The manager didn’t accept my DL because I put my alias instead of my name on DL. However, my student cards have both the same names and I showed it to her. When I opened my account she accepted it even though my name in the system is my alias. I showed her my class ID and it was fine, maybe because I was opening an account. I tried to buy again but this time she didn’t want to accept it. I wonder if she only accepted it the first time because she can get points or compensation when customers open accounts.

I am so confused. First, the employee was nice by seeing if any new shipments came in and looking for a product in the back for me. She ended up finding what I was looking for which was appreciated. However, as I was checking out she asked if I needed a bag. I said “yes” but without telling me she charged me $1.25 for a reusable bag that says “salon centric” on it! Why didn’t she tell me how much the bag was going to be? Very upsetting. Also, why am I paying $1.25 to help advertise for a company? That is ridiculous.

For general awareness: this supplier does not sell products to individuals without a cosmetology license, even if they are skilled in coloring their own hair.

I have shopped at plenty of Salon Centric in Orange County and the inland Empire. This is by far the worst they do not do phone orders they make you use the app which never works and is constantly redirecting. I put an order in to be picked up. My mother, picked it up and something was wrong with the order and they would not let her exchange it, unless I was there. I had a pick up order because I’m home with Covid. Guess I should’ve went in the store and infected everybody. I will never shop at this location ever a simple task that could’ve been done over the phone turned into a fiasco for no absolute reason. I never got the email saying my order was placed. I did get a phone call saying my order was filled but then my mother needed to show the email that I never got so she had to call cor

I can see from other reviews that the rudeness coming out of this store is not just aimed at customers. I am a UberEats delivery driver and I did a pickup at this store and the only words exchanged were me asking If this was the right place. I simply explained to the person behind the counter that I was not sure since the address on the door only showed the number 5, and I did all that with a smile on my face and a gracious thank you as she handed me the package to be delivered. What she did in return was to give me a thumbs down rating. 👎 Little does she know, the customer I delivered to gave me a very nice tip of $11.00 for my efforts, so 😀 🙂 😊 this rude person behind the counter is now getting this review for her efforts in trying to harm my ratings. Plus I will never use this store
