First of all, no one greet you when you walk in the door it takes at least 10 minutes to find someone who works there. Secondly when you do find someone they are so rude. I almost feel like I’m bothering them to buy my supplies there so after today, I finally just decided I’m just gonna go with Armstrong McCall because they’re at least they are super nice and helpful.

I usually enjoy shopping at Salon Centric, but I had an unpleasant experience during my last visit. The staff came off very rude and unwelcoming, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I expect a more professional and friendly environment, especially for licensed professionals who support the store.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience at SalonCentric! The store was well-stocked with high-quality products. Demi was knowledgeable, patient, and assisted me getting upset as a first time customer. Her customer service was outstanding! I’ll definitely be returning for all my beauty supply needs. Highly recommend! 😊👏🏼
