Busy stylist here, and Salon Centric makes my life easier. I’ve shopped here since they opened and it’s my go-to for professional products. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and actually helpful — never pushy, never salesy. They’re open 7 days a week, with early mornings for last-minute grabs before my first client and later hours a couple nights a week. Saturdays and Sundays? Yes please. They even run customer appreciation sales on Sundays, which means working stylists can finally take advantage of them. They accept all forms of payment (including American Express, which the other local store doesn’t), plus Visa, MasterCard, debit, and their own rewards card. Kelly was patient and kind helping me resolve the problems I went through when buying product. I can now have an amazing experience when I come to buy products.

I am a licensed cosmetologist who owns a barbershop I have been shopping at salon centric for years and in the last six months every time I try to come and buy products I get hassled I have to show my cosmetologist license ever time thank goodness I take a picture of it. Then I get told I can only buy some product and not other products. I can buy color but not the processing solution??? I will not patronize the store any longer to my understanding when you have a full cosmetologist license, you are able to buy all products.

I used to enjoy coming to the store. There’s a couple ladies there that are very pleasant and helpful. And on the flipside, there’s a couple women who work there who aren’t helpful and you can tell they don’t want to be bothered even when they greet you, you can tell they’re only doing it because they have to. And to even ask for a price on something makes you feel wrong because they give you attitude about it.
