Don’t place a same day delivery. They always leave out items I’m currently fighting with salon centric over a dispute from months ago after this store once again left out multiple items. This stores customer service is awful. YOU WONT GET YOUR ITEMS. They’re incompetent.

Huge inconvenience , hours on maps says 7 , place closes at 6 . With the construction happening at Addison location, I drove down this way which is way out of my way ,

I absolutely love this location and everyone who works there! Every time I walk in I feel very welcome. They always have what I need in stock and when occasionally they are out of something, they go above and beyond to make sure I get it! The store is always so clean and I love receiving the personal calls on the different sales that they have going on throughout the week.

Horrible customer service. As I entered the store I smiled at a girl and she looked at me funny so I thought she wasn’t an employee, then when I asked she confirmed she was so I mentioned that based off our previous interaction, it didn’t seem like it. Then, when I approached to ask a question I once again received nasty attitudes from the previous girl and a another of her coworkers. Customer service is clearly not their forte. So, if you go shop here just be prepared to not be greeted or treated properly by the individuals that work here.

The employees there have such nasty attitudes and bad customer service. I came in with my classmates from a cosmetology school, mind it, we're predominantly hispanic and as soon as we came in they started to look at us weirdly, acting as if we didn't know what we we're doing. We needed to open accounts but it didn't seem like they were interested in helping us nor cooperating. They seemed happy to help other customers though.
