Shelly and Amanda should NOT be working at SalonCentric. My Esthetician class went there as a little field trip and we were treated with nothing but disrespect from the second we walked in the door till the second we left. We also had to come right back because they had a BOGO deal ALL over the store and the tag even said the deal was for the entire brand but the ladies said it was only for one specific item on their tables. They were even treating our instructor like a child as if she didn't know anything? I've never been so belittled and disrespected from employees much less while it was our ENTIRE class AND teacher. This is ridiculous.

Horrible customer service. They gave my order to the wrong person and then said it was my fault because the person they gave it to said they knew me 😳. Associate did not confirm order number or check ID . I received no apology just attitude . The Athens location was a much more pleasant experience .

No signage on the doors saying that they only sell to cosmetology professionals or students. Went in there to look for some new hair color only to get told that they can't sell to the public(only cosmetology professionals and students) and I would also need to create an account. Kinda false advertising of no signage is visible!

Worst location! Everytime I have gone in and Amanda is working she has always had the worst attitude and is so rude! She is the only one who gets my order wrong and always argues with me and says it’s my fault but, whenever someone else does it it’s right. Weird huh? And when she looks at the paper it’s written down right she just does it wrong. And when I called to place my order she said that she will have to call me back and I called her back 30 minutes later because I still didn’t receive a call and I had to get color for my client. when I showed up to the store she wasn’t doing anything but messing around on her personal computer. I normally don’t write reviews and I’ve never had problems with any other employee at that location, or haven’t had trouble at any other locations, or Cosm

The blonde is definitely rude as hell. I read reviews last night because it was my first time visiting and I needed to know how to get there. Got there this morning and all the reviews were true. No matter how old the reviews are, they still apply. If you can travel to a different location or go to a different store in general, definitely do so.
