The staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming. I learned about new products and techniques thanks to one of the staff member’s who took the time to explain and walk me through it all, including on how to make good use of their app. I will definitely be coming back.

I love going to this salon centric everyone is so nice mainly Jessica and Vivi. They went above and beyond to make sure I get the 40% off a hot tool straightener that was not in their store. However they made it happened by calling another store and making sure I get the discount. They made my day and Jessica always greets me and makes me feel welcome every time I go in. Thank you so much ladies you girls are the best.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Salon Centric. I called ahead and drove 20 miles to visit the salon, but when I arrived, the door was closed and I had to wait for 15 minutes before it was opened. (There was no parking spot, it was full that day.) When an employee finally opened, I asked her why the door was closed, and she informed me that it was her 10-minute break. However, she had a poor attitude and was talking to another customer while I waited to pay. When I asked for her name, she responded with attitude and asked me what I wanted her to do. I suggested that they needed more people to help with the workload and requested that she stop her conversation so I could complete my payment. She then made a negative comment about me behind my back, which was extremely unprofessi

My mom placed an online order here. The sales girl was super nice. She called my mom to let her know the items she ordered, would be on sale and she could hold them until then. Also when I went to pick up the items, she was super helpful :)

I went for pedi/fill and my granddaughters nails painted. Went in at 12:45, they finished pedi about 2pm. Had me sit and wait for nails. The girl finished what she was doing. Instead of helping me, went to do a haircut. Now its 230pm. They want me to wait again. No thank you! NEVER AGAIN!!!
