The manager made up a rule that you can’t return items from the website here. I told them the website says otherwise and called corporate on speaker phone. The cashier called the manager back who told her to tell me that the red make an exception for me this time but can’t in the future. Umm, you can’t just make up you own rules as a franchise! Won’t be back here.
