Weird service, followed all through the store, got to the register, said I couldn't purchase anything if I wasn't a licensed stylist. I've been living here 10 years, it was my 1st time stepping 1 foot in that place, NEVER AGAIN ‼️

As a licensed professional who has been going to multiple locations for 8 years, I am appalled at the lack of customer service this location has. My previous experiences at this specific location have been very disappointing with how curt the same cashier is to me. Yesterday, a coworker and myself went to their VIP sale and were both treated rudely, myself more than her by the same cashier, Janice. For 8 years, I have never had to update my profile by a Salon Centric employee. I have only updated my phone number on my own terms. Yesterday, I was asked for proof of licensure and was questioned about my employment even though I gave her my Salon Centric card.
