First of all, I just wanted to thank Nicole for all their help! Every time I have come to the store and encountered them, my experience is nothing but pleasant. Nicole as well as the other staff, are so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on the products. I’m currently a cosmetology student and the staff there has helped me so much in making sure I purchase the right items. I didn’t catch the other workers name, but I went there on Tuesday at around 1:30 and was not disappointed. This location is by far my favorite and will now forever be my go to spot on my cosmetology journey. The store is always clean and well stocked, I rarely have had issues with finding the products I need. The lines they carry here are great quality and range in prices to cater to all. Thanks again to the wonderful

High prices, can get a lot of the same stuff at sally beauty for cheaper without a liscense. So much for learning to dye hair off youtube. Employees are rude

Always friendly and knowledgeable, Nicole is awesome! I usually find myself taking a quick lap to replenish my go to supplies, or to pick up a secret weapon for my more unique hair projects. Most of the time, I know exactly what I want. Sometimes I don't. Anytime I have a question, Nicole is always there with the kind of answers any pro in a hurry is looking for. No nonsense, full of detailed product knowledge, with a respect for the industry. She never tries to sell me anything I don't need. It is her genuine interest and excitement that convices me to try new things. I am never disappointed on a recommendation. It is always a pleasure.

I visit the Floral Park location all the time and always have the best experience. Nicole is always there to assist me with whatever I need. She always makes great recommendations & introduces me to the newest products. Her knowledge and customer service is unmatched. It’s wonderful going to a location where all the employees are licensed and know what they are talking about!

Been coming here for several years now since I moved from Colorado and Nicole and Kat have always been so helpful, pleasant and kind at this store and it’s honestly what keeps me coming back. I’m very about customer service and there’s is top notch! Very knowledgeable about products and never steer me in the wrong direction! Love them!
