Been here twice and was having problems with making an account since I’m underage but do have a cosmetology license and the girls here were so insanely kind and helpful. A wonderful experience!!
If I could leave negative stars I would. You can't shop here unless you have a cosmetology license?! Ridiculous! Didn't realize I needed a license just to buy a brush for my hair! A lot of people do their own hair and don't go to over priced salons and this place won't even let you shop without a license. Good thing I can shop and get what I need from Sally's. Good luck staying in business.
Online ordering is everything...make an order and pick it up later, total time saver!!!
Staff is always so helpful and pleasant when I go in. Also love that we are able to take classes and virtual classes through this location.
