Disgusted with todays experience as I heard one staff member extremely rude to a customer. Then as I am leaving I see a PREGNANT associate smoking cigarettes right infront of the entrance door. Despicable and disgusting. Will not give my business to a place that condones these behaviors. Do better.

The Marlboro store is an excellent well-stocked location. It is a bit a little off the beaten path but they do carry some of the more random brands that you don't find in the other stores up north. The staff is wonderful and exceptionally knowledgeable.

They are open for 4 hours on sundays and the girl at the register is more worried about smoking cigarettes then giving good customer service. When your spending hundreds of dollars you shouldn't be treated like they are doing you a favor. If you dont like helping and answering questions find another job.

Normally don’t post reviews, but I have to say this location always has the best customer service. Carly is so helpful and patient. I’ve been to many other locations that have blatantly ignored me as a customer...I literally travel 45 minutes just to shop at this one. Especially with being quarantined, she made it so easy for purchases. Thank you!

I’ve been coming here for years. The manager and all of the women who work here are lovely and helpful. It’s so fun to shop here 😁
