The manager is so helpful and knows the entire product line. Every time I come in she is so knowledgeable about new products and what works for every specific type of hair and color.

I would recommend that everyone stay away from this store. I have never been so humiliated and disrespected before. I walk into a little lost not sure what I want so look around for some ideas to color my hair and I get back to front and she asked again and was basically told that you are not a hair dresser. We can't help you. She tried to tell me where I can go, but all I heard by her tone is you are not welcome here and get out. No one should go there!

My wife uses this place and the old employees knew me and I could pick up her order, but there are a couple of new ones (one being an older lady) who doesn't allow me to do what I've always done. Sad.

Wow! What an experience! Best service ever! This team is so wonderful and inviting. Always helpful and friendly. Feels good to go shop with these ladies! Sheryn knows her stuff! Love this location. During my visit the associates we beyond helpful (in a good way) and did their best to help me find what I was looking for as well as suggest other options. Thank you for turning my experience back to amazing.
