I visited the store early morning to return my unused hair color. I entered the line, waited my turn, and approached the register as normal. From the moment I stepped forward, the male employee assisting me displayed an extremely dismissive and hostile attitude. I did not catch his name, but he is tall with brown hair. When I approached the counter, he did not greet me or acknowledge me in any way. I stated that I had a return, to which he replied only “OK,” without eye contact or further communication. I handed him the bag containing the unused product, and when he asked what was wrong with it, I explained that it was not needed and had not been used. This location is small, but they always have what I need and the employees are super friendly.
