Staff here needs retraining - went in the other day to get some items. When I went up to the register the girl asked if I had the app (I don't because I rarely go into a store anymore & usually order online) so I said I didn't & apologized. She asked for my phone number, I gave it to her & I specifically told her that I have two profiles, one is an employee account & I don't work there anymore. She immediately told me that my account was blocked - funny, given I literally had just made a purchase online the day before with no issues, which I also told her. So she gave me customer services phone number & told me to call them, which I did. Brittany and Rachel at SalonCentric are the absolute best! They’re always ready to help with whatever I need and go out of their way to make sure I find what I’m looking for. The store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to shop—which makes a huge difference when you’re in a rush between clients.

That girl was rude, like “hey do you need help with anything” I asked her if she had more shades similar to the box I showed her, then she was like “if it’s not on the shelf then I don’t have it, by the way we close in 15 minutes” like okay? How helpful. I’m the only customer in the store… you can’t help even though you offered it? Also I just saw her close the store 10 minutes early.

BEWARE!!!! should you be hauling a** from across town after work, to try and catch this location because it’s near your house, before they close at 6pm, if you’re leaving work late that day, don’t bother! This location FREQUENTLY closed up to TEN MINUTES EARLY!!!! ALL THE TIME!!!!!!! This is the SECOND TIME JUST THIS WEEK I have tried to RACE before 6pm hoping to get there maybe 5 till just to grab my needed item for the next day. No such luck. It these inconsistent “ I feel like closing 10 minutes early, or 5 minutes early.” It’s frustrating! Hopefully I can leave work even earlier to get there with enough time before they “randomly” decide to close before their listed time of 6pm Tues- Friday! 🤨😕😩
