Store is clean but don’t you think that the employees should have some idea about the products in the store? I do hair out of a retail store and I know all the products in the store. I asked about socolor bubble gum pink and her response was “what do you mean and what number is it”. I’m like umm semi permanent doesn’t have a number love. It’s called bubble gum pink. Please educate these employees on product knowledge. And this isn’t the first time this has happened either.

Love the store and what it has to offer, nothing in regard to that. The only issue I’ve had with this location repeatedly is that they never open at the time they advertise. The store is supposed to open at 8am as they state on their door and every time I arrive by 8:20-8:30am, there is no one there and the store is closed. It is very inconvenient and I’m not sure what the issue has been every time. It is now 9:23am and still no one there. I’ve been watching so many customers walk up to the door and leave because of this, so bad for business.

I love the people at this store! Very knowledgeable and so helpful! Very sweet staff... this place is definitely my home supply store. There has never been another place I've ever been to that treats their guests the way they do. Very great communicators! They are diligent and never miss a beat about their products, specials, fair business.. great customer service 💯
