I was told I was called about a sale that was going on (I have a call log that’s says otherwise) and no voicemail. Since then the sale had ended. I completely forgot about it until I went in. I was asking about it and they wanted GASLIGHT me saying I was called, so. Usually they are pleasant but don’t act like I was called when I wasn’t. If they didn’t clearly lie, I wouldn’t be writing this. Disappointing, thumbed down, boo 👎 (I double checked my call log because I certainly could have been wrong, not wrong, clearly lied too) Also they offered to call me, I didn’t even ask to be called and like this is what happened I shouldn’t leave there feeling foolish because I was asking about something they offered to.

I've been going forever..... love the brands they carry. However, their reorder system sucks!!! They'll constantly run out of the same color over and over bc they don't order enough even though they CONSTANTLY run out of the same color. If you get there right when they refill, you're good.....if you get there a week or two after, you're out of luck & it's ALWAYS been like this. Makes ZERO sense. You'd think they'd want to stock enough seeing as they always sell out of certain colors like Redkin Fashion Colors 6Rv & 6RR & Red intensifier, same with Kenra 6RV & 6RR & Red Booster. Constantly out! The girls try to help as much as they can, but they don't do the reorders, I asked. And I don't want to have to buy online, I want to walk in when I need it & know it'll be there & that's not the ca

I love all the girls that work there, but the store has almost nothing for nail techs. I have to order almost all my supplies online.

Went here yesterday and Michelle was extremely helpful and friendly! store was very organized and clean. TY!

You need a cosmetology license to shop here but they have good deals and products
