First time here. unfortunately the location I always went to, they raised the rent to some ridiculous amount of money so the store closed. As I went in I was greeted immediately buy a friendly young lady,. We exchanged pleasantries and she asked what could she help me with? I told her what I needed and she walked me right over to the aisle. I wandered around and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of products. I will definitely go back, it's not that convenient for me however it is on the way to my parents.

Love love love this location. Super love Earlyne she has always been so amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. She helped my daughter fall in love with products specific to curly hair needs. I go out of the way to drive here because the store is always in order, well stocked and of course the staff are amazing.

Kimberly at the Griffin place is the most professional and helpful person I had ever met , all the employees have passion for their industry and customer service is beyond belief!!! Love all of them

I hate this store! Every time I come in there is a nervous Russian girl with a sour face. Every time I go even "hi" she doesn't say. I thought only to me she behaved like this but it turns out that my friends who are hair stylists have said the same. (If you see it, go to a psychologist and don't get your nerves out on me)
