Called to place an order for pick up the first time. The employee urged me to use the app in the future. I use the app. Have pickup order confirmation number and order number. My husband goes in after traveling 2 hours and she does not have the order. Does not provide customer service with the order number so they can look it up. Very unwilling to help as it was towards the end of the day and most likely wanted to go home. Poor customer service! Had to leave with out my order as she could not resolve the problem.
Was able to find everything I needed.
