Just went in to get some product, and saw a woman (not a licensed professional) exit the store trying to bribe another stylist (also leaving the store) to get her product. The stylist looked a bit uncomfortable and told her no, while offering suggestions on where to find it! I went inside to get my stuff and the woman had made the stylist go in to ask if she could “at least buy the product” while also saying it “wasn’t a big deal”. Kathy said no and told her this was for licensed professionals, and the woman left. Not 5 minutes later, the woman calls the store and starts berating Kathy, who handled it like a BOSS!! She was so professional in explaining that SalonCentric is for licensed professionals and tried to give her alternatives on where to find it, the woman just kept arguing. I’ve

Went 10/28/23 the lady was sooo rude. I asked a question and she made me feel like I was bothering her, when she was on her phone doing nothing. I immediately left and will never be back.

I just LOVE this store!! It's very clean & well stocked. Kathy is WONDERFUL, super knowledgeable and always so helpful.

Had what I needed. Very nice staff. It was easy in and out. Love the location!

Good staff. They had everything I needed. Closed on Sundays.....
