Super frustrated with this location. I live out of state and was sending my sister in for some product to pick up. It said they were open on Saturday and they in fact were not. She drove all the way there with a full car of kids. So I sent her in today, and they said she couldn’t use my account because I don’t even have an account? I’ve been a stylist for 10 years and have never needed to have a specific account created at individual locations. I called them and they said I need to come in person with my ID to be able to create an account with them. I’ve always been able to send family to pick up orders for me. As long as they can call me and get approval or even show an approval text. They also said to her that they can’t have people “off the streets” come in and shop. Super rude. I’ve sh

Store is amazing! The staff there is very helpful and professional.

I’ve been coming to this store for years and the last few years have been extremely disappointing! They are always out of stock with important colors and products i need to run my business. I understand your under new ownership but enough is enough. I keep being told it will get better but is has not. Now apparently the phones go straight to the manager and she just calls back when it’s convenient for her and not for the customer. The owner needs to show his/her face and stop cowardly hiding behind his employee’s. You can do better for the stylist in your area or we are going to stop supporting you. There are other ways to get products and other stores who actually care!

This location in particular is amazing. I have never been to a retail store where they remember my name and make me feel like I matter. The girl in the counter asked how my internship was going after I had only ever been there once before. The staff there knows the whole store like the back of their hand. They always point me to what I need. even answer my “obvious” questions and never make me feel any type of way. They have stock of everything that I need. The store is organized and very clean. Overall I wish every store experience I have would be like this.

I’ve been shopping at this store for 8 years now.. I’ve met many people who work at this location and so far Katherine has really been the biggest help! She’s extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. She has made the biggest difference in the store, it’s much more cleaner and organized in there now then it used to be. The store is also now carrying more inclusive brands and that makes me so happy. Really enjoy shopping here!
