I typically enjoy stopping by this location! Yesterday that changed for the worst! I was behind a young lady who provided her phone number 3-4 times (I’m standing really close the register so I can hear clear as day what’s going on) then moments later she says “well that didn’t work I have this.” Haydee delightfully took the phone number and the “barcode from the app” (I’m assuming) OBVIOUSLY from my perspective after trying phone numbers multiple time and all of a sudden having “this” she was never ONCE asked for an ID card at all. AS SOOON as my 6 foot black skin dreadlocks and tattoos step to the register I immediately provided my phone in which the salon centric employees take without question 3-4 times a week she says “I NEED TO SEE YOUR ID” the problem was the body language the fac

Sometimes good sometimes awful! I use a lot of Pureology and Redken and I CAN almost. Never get it in store… Always sold out and picked over!

The staff is great but the shelves are always empty
