Was so happy to see a CC location opened up! I had amazing service from Kristina and Riley! In a world where customer service has faded it was refreshing! Riley even got on the floor to find my product, went on the manufacturers website! So impressive they gained a regular today!

This location in Cape Coral is small, they don't have a lot of products. The one on Metro Parkway in fort Myers is bigger and better.

Every visit to Salon Centric in Cape Coral is such a wonderful experience thanks to Kristina, the store manager! She’s always cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. Her positive energy makes shopping here such a pleasure. The store is always spotless, beautifully organized, and easy to navigate — you can tell she truly takes pride in keeping everything perfect. Whether I’m restocking my favorites or discovering new products, Kristina always goes above and beyond to make sure I leave happy. She’s an absolute gem and a big reason why I love coming to this location!

Love the new store on Del Prado. Good experience except I had the wrong shade of color in my order. Ordered a GB recieved a CB. Glad I noticed before application. Oops! 😬 Another 18mile trip to exchange.😕

Love the store, 9 out of 10 times they have what you need stocked, unfortunately other supply companies in the area don't have what I need stopped. I have pretty much switched over to Salon centric from cosmoprof
