My experience with this business was deeply disappointing. Staff communication was rigid and unnecessarily confrontational, showing little regard for basic customer service or problem resolution. Their adversarial approach undermines trust and reflects poorly on senior leadership.

Tyler is my go to for all things beauty supply! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable & helpful, he goes above and beyond to suggest hair CARE that’s best suited for my clientele.

Tyler and Teresa were SOOOOO kind and went out of their way to help me. Willl definitely be back with this amazing team!!!

I honestly didn’t even know this location existed until I ran out of toner and my usual store didn’t have it.. Sam was awesome and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They had a lot more than my usual store has in stock and really good service!
