Usually I don’t give bad reviews but this one deserved my attention. I went to this store for the first time and everyone was extremely rude. Two old woman were working here, both of them had zero customer service skills. This is a supplier company for saloons, they should treat their clients with respect. Awful experience. The only person who was nice, it was Mayra on the phone. I no wonder why the stars here are so slow here on google reviews.

Everyone that works here is incredibly kind patient and knowledgeable. Elise is sooooo sweet, always a smile on her face and shes always so knowledgeable. I love all the employees here. Definitely my favorite location.

Love the ladies here and as a professional hair stylist, I always get what I need.

Going over all these reviews I realize that most of these horrible comments and reviews are of people that are NOT LICENSED and DO NOT have accounts. I have shopped here for many years and have always had an amazing experience and the best service. The employees in this location have been there for many years and are very knowledgeable. I own my Salon and thank them for keeping it professional and protecting our industry.

I must say, im so shocked by the negative reviews i see on here. Ive been coming to salon centric burbank for years and the women in there have been nothing but amazing to me and my staff. from always greeting us, to 5 star customer service. As a salon/business owner i think the customer service is 100% on point, im super happy when i leave and i always feel very welcomed. Keep up the good work ladies and thank you for always making me feel walcomed.
