Came in today in the snow, Belle was working. Sweetest ever!! Gave us some free samples and was extremely pleasant and helpful. Would go back just to see her!
Just was there sat the women was horrible she was cold as soon as I walked in anytime I asked a question it was if I’m bothering her… she said she hates working in Boulder! Really u think I felt that as soon as I walked in! Get a new job if your that miserable
Used to shop here when it was owned by state beauty. I liked shopping here before, but it looks like salon centric brought in more inventory, variety in brands, and it feels more organized
Great customer service associate helped and knew every detail about the shampoos and conditioner.
Sales clerk was extremely rude and impatient.
