I love this location! First off, the staff are incredible, and they are genuinely happy to help. I love when I know there is going to be education or classes at this location, too. This is because it gives me a reason to shop (of course!), but also because I feel comfortable and the people are so welcoming. When it comes to supply of products and sales, this is the best location by far. Are you looking for a product, but they don't have it? They'll find for you online or have it sent. Is there's an issue with your account, or a coupon/sale price isn't coming up correctly? No worries, they're already fixing it. 😁 Overall, a great location and team!

As a license stylist, not practicing… sometimes you fall out of the game with the products etc! It was such a pleasure having help from Daniela she guided me through products that she thought would complete my needs! She even offered a sample of a serum with no obligation to purchase! This isn’t my usual location as I was in the area for the holiday but my experience was AMAZING! Thank you!

This is a wonderful location to shop at. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. It is always clean and well organized.

Rude and disrespectful woman working the register. Work for my mom’s salons out of Chicago. Was told I needed her ID or to have her present with me. Sorry I don’t go shopping with my mommy. Even have her license number and wasn’t allowed to make my purchase. I have never had an issue at any other SalonCentric. So disappointing

I had a wonderful experience today at Salon Centric, thanks to MAGGIE. Her expertise was evident as she patiently listened to our hair care needs and suggested products that suited us perfectly. Living in Naples, we made the special trip to Bonita Springs just to see her.
