By far the worst Customer Service of all time. I have been coming here for over 20 years and today was my last visit. I own a large shop and spend typically between $500-1000 per week here. They just lost a customer. There are two other stores Trustar in Cosmo prof right next-door that sell all the same products. I’m a very nice person and nothing but unexperienced unprofessional staff. I have been registered in the computer for 20 years and I was told today if I don’t have my ID I will not be able to purchase. That stops me from being able to pick up products from my salon. Unacceptable do better.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I go there all the time to get things for my mom when she can't make it herself. It has never been a problem before because I have her on FaceTime with her ID and today there was a rude man working who is just miserable and wants to miss out on profit for the store who would not let me buy the products needed. Mind you I drove 35 minutes to come here and now I have to go to a different one because the guy was so stupid. Get better staff. Everyone else has never had a problem with it but you do.

Taking advantage of a sale, and will be back for more. They have all the top brands!

The lady working was very helpful and answered all of my (many questions). A good selection, so she helped me chose products and gave great recommendations. All those old bad reviews are definitely out-dated.
