I can’t say enough about the ladies at this store !! They call to remind me at salon team of all the sales and new products that they have !! Amanda is truly a great professional manager with a great team !!
The staff consistently goes above and beyond to help and share great recommendations.
This is the worst location everytime. Low stock. Prices aren’t even located by the right inventory. Lady IDed me to even make my purchase then wanted to charge me 1.25 for a bag after spending $170. It’s like they want me to shop at the location on John R where they’re always polite, never charge me for a plastic bag, and they don’t ask to see ID to make a purchase. Red headed cashier was rude as if she didn’t even want me in there. Don’t worry, I won’t be back!
The staff are often hit or miss, I don't reccomend running in when you're in a hurry. However, the store is well organized and clean, it's uncommon that something I need is out of stock. And it's easy to get products ordered, if need be.
